The Executive Board and Executive Office are jointly responsible by the Executive President;
The Executive Board has the following agencies:

· Expert Committee
· Youth Committee
· Innovation Committee
The departments under the Executive Office are:
Business Department and Backstage Department
The Business Department includes:
· Art Management Department responsible for art event planning, setting up art directors and various art representatives;

· Public Relations and Media Department responsible for liaison with international, official and media contacts;

· International Cooperation Department responsible for the OLYMP'ARTS 2023 and various international cooperation, competitions, etc.;

· Financial Audit Department responsible for the financial accounting and management of the committee's plenary sessions, OLYMP'ARTS 2023, various professional committees and headquarters;

· Legal Audit Department responsible for the reviewing and managing all legal documents of the World Olymp’Art Council headquarters.

The Backstage Department includes:

· Information Department responsible for IT technology and management, website development and management, and social media, etc.;

· Secretariat responsible for the daily affairs of the Executive Office and Executive Board, as a permanent institution, with the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General.
